We collect as little information as possible. The only details we ask for are the ones we need to confirm your order and deliver it to you.

What data we collect

When you place an order, we collect only your name and your phone number. During the confirmation call we also note the delivery address you give us so that your parcel can reach you. We do not ask for your identity card number, your bank details or any payment card information, because you pay on delivery.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose only: to confirm and deliver your order. We call you to confirm what you have ordered and where to send it, and we pass your name, phone number and delivery address to the courier so that your parcel arrives. That is the full extent of how your information is used.

We do not sell or share your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers or third parties for marketing. The only people who handle your details are our own customer support team and the courier delivering your order, and they use it solely to complete that delivery.

How we keep your data safe

We keep your details only for as long as we need them to process and deliver your order and to handle any follow-up about it. Access is limited to the staff who need it to do their work. We store your information carefully and dispose of it responsibly once it is no longer required.

Your rights and how to contact us
