We deliver countrywide in 1 to 3 working days, and you pay only when your parcel reaches you.
There is nothing to pay upfront. You give your name and phone number, we call to confirm your order and address, and you settle the bill at the door, cash or M-Pesa.
Delivery across Kenya
Your order arrives in 1 to 3 working days, wherever you are.
We send orders to all corners of the country, to Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, Thika and every town and shopping centre in between. Nairobi and the larger towns usually receive their parcels fastest, while more remote areas may take the full three days.
Once we confirm your order on the phone, your parcel is on its way. The courier or rider calls you when they are close so you can receive it at a time that suits you.
Pay on delivery, cash or M-Pesa
You only pay once the parcel is in your hands.
When your order arrives, you pay KSh 6,750 per bottle directly to the person delivering it. You can pay in cash or by M-Pesa, whichever is easier for you. There are no card details to enter online and nothing to pay before your parcel reaches you.
This way you can check that you have received the right item before you part with any money.

Things rarely go wrong, but if they do, we put them right.
If your parcel is delayed
If your order has not arrived within 3 working days, give us a call or send a WhatsApp. We track it down and tell you exactly where it is and when to expect it. Bad weather, a remote address or a public holiday can add a day, and we will keep you posted.
If the wrong item arrives
Check your parcel before you pay. If the item is wrong or the seal is broken, you do not have to accept it. Tell the delivery person and contact us straight away, and we will arrange the correct item at no extra cost to you.
